Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered via steybet.com to players accessing the Stay Bet version of the website ("we", "us", "our") and set out the legally binding rules for your use of our products and services ("Services"). These Terms are effective from 15 January 2026.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • Operator means Stay Gaming Group N.V., a company registered in Curaçao, which owns and operates the Stay Bet brand and the online gambling Services offered via steybet.com, and any affiliated payment-processing entities such as Stay Gaming Ltd in Cyprus.

  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account, or otherwise uses the Services.
  • Account means a registered real-money player account created by a User on steybet.com.
  • Bet or Wager means any stake of real money or bonus funds placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome offered on the Website.
  • Bonus means any promotional funds, free spins, free bets, cashback, or similar incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to specific conditions.
  • Bonus Funds means funds credited as part of a Bonus which cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions are met.
  • Real Money Balance means funds deposited by the Player and any winnings derived from such deposits that are not currently subject to wagering requirements.
  • Wagering Requirements means the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds (and, where applicable, associated deposit) before those Bonus Funds and related winnings become withdrawable.
  • Games means all casino, live casino, slots, table games, and any other gambling products offered on the Website.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identification and verification procedures we apply, including anti-money-laundering ("AML") checks, as described in our KYC/AML policy.
  • Business Day means any day on which banks are generally open for business in Curaçao, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Jurisdiction means the country or territory in which a Player is resident.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old, or older where your local laws set a higher minimum age for online gambling. Use of the Services by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
  • Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us and that online gambling is lawful in your Jurisdiction.
  • UK-specific note: If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that the Services are provided under a Curaçao licence (not by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain) and that certain UK-specific regulatory protections (including GamStop registration and UK-approved ADR schemes) may not apply. Account Creation Process

  • Registration data: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on steybet.com, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, address, email address, and any other details requested.
  • Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking an activation link sent to the address you provide before your Account becomes fully operational.
  • Single account rule: You may hold only one Account with us. Multiple accounts per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may lead to closure and, in serious cases, forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings arising from duplicated accounts.

KYC, AML and Verification

  • Verification obligation: We are required to verify your identity, age, and place of residence in line with our KYC/AML policy (available via steybet.com). You agree to provide all requested documents promptly, which may include:
    • a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (for example, passport or national ID card); and
    • proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
  • Ongoing checks: We may conduct additional verification at any time (including on cumulative withdrawals, unusual activity, or AML triggers). Until checks are completed, we may suspend deposits, bets, or withdrawals.
  • Data accuracy: You must ensure that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. You must inform us promptly of any changes to your personal details.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Personal use only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only and must not be used on behalf of any third party.
  • Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any other security credentials confidential. Any activity carried out under your credentials will be treated as your own, unless we have failed to take reasonable security measures.
  • Unauthorised access: You must notify us immediately via the support channels on steybet.com if you suspect that any third party has gained access to your Account. We may temporarily suspend the Account while we investigate.
  • Prohibited use: You must not use the Website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing. We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Conditions

  • Game rules: Each Game has its own rules and payout tables, provided by us or our game suppliers. By placing a Bet, you accept the specific rules of the Game as displayed on the Website at the time of play.
  • Stake limits: Minimum and maximum stakes vary by Game and may be changed from time to time. Current limits are shown within each Game interface and/or in the help section.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it has been processed by our servers and appears in your Account history. Once accepted, Bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Currency: Bets must be placed in the currency available in your Account balance. We may offer multiple currencies; exchange rates and fees (if any) will be displayed or applied in line with our payment rules.

Game Outcomes and Malfunctions

  • Random number generators: Outcomes for applicable Games are determined by certified random number generator ("RNG") technology supplied by us or our third-party providers.
  • Malfunction: In the event of an evident technical malfunction, software bug, or misconfiguration that clearly invalidates a Game result, we may void affected Bets and restore the Account to its state prior to the malfunction. Any incorrectly credited winnings may be removed.
  • Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the Internet while playing, the result of the Game as logged on our servers will stand. You may usually resume any unfinished Game round upon reconnection, if the Game supports this feature.

Live Casino, Chat and Player Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players, and staff. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or obscene language or content in chat or other interactive features is strictly prohibited.
  • No collusion or cheating: You must not engage in collusion, use bots or automated tools, exploit software bugs, or use any unfair advantage. Collusion, cheating, or advantage play strategies (including chip-dumping or syndicate play) may result in account closure and confiscation of funds associated with such behaviour.
  • Responsible gambling: Tools to help you manage your gambling (such as deposit limits or self-exclusion) may be available on steybet.com, as described in our responsible gaming information. These tools are internal to steybet.com and are not linked to national self-exclusion schemes such as GamStop. If you are registered with such schemes, they will not automatically block access to our Services.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

  • Promotional offers: Bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, such as minimum deposit, promo codes, or targeted offers. Full conditions for each Bonus are set out in the relevant promotion on steybet.com.
  • One per person: Unless expressly stated, each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, and shared computer environment.
  • Activation: A Bonus is activated when it is credited to your Account in accordance with the relevant promotional terms, for example after making a qualifying deposit.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer, deposit-match Bonuses and similar offers are subject to wagering requirements of at least thirty-five (35) times the Bonus amount before the Bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.
  • Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100% while table games, live casino, or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. The contribution table for each promotion will be displayed with the offer.
  • Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must normally be completed within thirty (30) days from the date the Bonus is credited, unless the promotion states a different period. After expiry, remaining Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them may be forfeited.
  • Maximum bet: While a Bonus is active and wagering requirements are not completed, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin or game round (for example, 10% of the initial Bonus amount or a fixed monetary cap such as £5, whichever is lower). Bets above the permitted maximum may lead to confiscation of associated winnings.

Prohibited Play and Combination of Promotions

  • Prohibited betting patterns: The following are examples of prohibited play when using Bonus Funds: placing low-risk or hedged bets; placing equal, zero-margin, or opposite bets; using "bonus hunting" strategies; and deliberately manipulating Game mechanics to lock in value with minimal risk.
  • Multiple promotions: Unless expressly allowed, you may have only one active Bonus at any time. Attempting to combine multiple Bonuses or overlapping promotions in a way that gives you an unfair advantage may result in cancellation of Bonuses and forfeiture of associated winnings.
  • Right to withhold: If we reasonably suspect Bonus abuse or breach of these Bonus Terms, we may withhold or cancel Bonuses and any winnings obtained through abusive play, and we may close or restrict your Account.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: We may make available deposits by debit/credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers, and cryptocurrencies, as detailed in the cashier section of steybet.com. Availability depends on your Jurisdiction and our commercial arrangements.
  • Ownership of payment instruments: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment instruments is prohibited and may result in refunds to the original source and/or Account closure.
  • Processing times and fees: Deposits are usually processed immediately. We do not generally charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or exchange rates.
  • Payment processing: For certain regions, including the UK and EU, payments may be processed on our behalf by affiliated entities such as Stay Gaming Ltd in Cyprus. This does not affect our contractual relationship with you as Operator.

Withdrawals

  • Verification before withdrawal: We may require completion of KYC/AML checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include identity documents and proof of address, such as a utility bill not older than three months, as set out in our KYC policy.
  • Method and origin: Where possible, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used to deposit. We reserve the right to split or aggregate withdrawals or to pay via bank transfer where technical or regulatory requirements so dictate.
  • Limits and timeframes: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. We aim to process withdrawal requests within three (3) Business Days after successful verification, but external factors (such as bank processing) may cause further delays.
  • Pending withdrawals: While a withdrawal is pending, we may allow you to cancel it within a limited period. Cancelled withdrawals will return funds to your Account balance.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Funds

  • Refunds of deposits: Refunds of successfully processed deposits are generally not offered once funds have been used to place Bets. We may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis before any play has occurred.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, we may suspend or close your Account, deduct the disputed amount and associated costs from your balance, and report the incident to relevant authorities and databases.
  • Bonus funds on withdrawal: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements attached to a Bonus, we may cancel the Bonus and remove Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them, paying out only your Real Money Balance.

Limitation of Liability

Our Obligations

  • Service provision: We use reasonable skill and care to operate the Website, provide access to Games, and ensure that outcomes are generated fairly in accordance with the underlying Game rules and RNG systems.
  • Accuracy of information: We strive to ensure that information displayed on steybet.com (including odds, rules, and promotions) is accurate. However, obvious errors or mistakes may occur, in which case we may correct them and void or adjust affected Bets.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Indirect loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill.
  • Limit per Bet: Where we are found liable to you in relation to a specific Bet, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount staked on that Bet, or, in the case of ongoing issues, the total net deposits made by you into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including your mandatory consumer rights in the UK or your country of residence).

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Proprietary content: All content on steybet.com, including but not limited to software, code, Games, graphics, logos, trademarks (including the Stay Bet brand), text, audio, video, and interfaces, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Licence to use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and the Services for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

  • No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any part of the Website or its content without our prior written consent, except as strictly necessary for lawful personal use.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

Modification and Updates

  • Notification: Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, such as by email, on-site notifications, or prominent banners on steybet.com, before the changes take effect.
  • Effective date of changes: Updated Terms will specify their effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your Options in Case of Changes

Termination & Suspension

Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • For breach: We may suspend or terminate your Account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, Bonus rules, or any applicable law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
  • Regulatory or risk reasons: We may suspend or close your Account where required by regulatory authorities, where we are legally obliged to do so, or where continued activity poses an unacceptable risk to us or to other players.
  • Inactive accounts: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period, we may treat it as dormant in line with our dormant-account procedures, which may include account fees or closure, as detailed on steybet.com.

Your Right to Close Your Account

  • Voluntary closure: You may request to close your Account at any time via the account settings or by contacting customer support.
  • Responsible gambling: If you wish to self-exclude for gambling-related reasons, we will offer internal self-exclusion tools. These tools apply only to steybet.com and do not extend to other operators or to national schemes such as GamStop.

Effect of Termination and Balance Handling

  • Real-money funds: Upon Account closure (whether initiated by you or by us), we will, subject to applicable checks and these Terms, return your Real Money Balance to you via an appropriate payment method, less any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to us.

  • Governing law: These Terms and your relationship with us are governed by the laws of Curaçao, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which may apply despite this choice of law.

Dispute Resolution
